Removal and installation of the door assembly

Removing the door assembly (Fig. 11.59) as follows:

- Mark the location of the loop;

- Remove the dowel pin (if necessary, it can be compressed);

- Remove the cover from the rack harness A or B;

- Disconnect the connector from the outside, push the white latch at the front (front door) or remove the harness cover (rear door);

- Disconnect the connector (push lock);

- Remove the bolts on the side of the door.

Install door assembly as follows:

- Set the door on labels and tighten the screws by half;

- Put the dowel pin stop opening the door;

- Connect the connector and replace the cover harness Rack;

- Adjust the position of the door (see. Resp. Section);

- Tighten the door hinge bolts (torque 21 Nm).
