Replacing the interior lining of the roof

Replacement of the inner lining of the roof is as follows:

1) Remove the trim panel pillar (Fig. 11.90), which pull the panel from the frame of the window and remove the top;

2) Remove the front Courtesy light (Fig. 11.91), as follows:

- Remove the cover on the left and the right;

- Remove the two screws and remove the bowl from the roof interior lighting;

- Disconnect the rotational movement;

3) remove the ultrasonic alarm sensor (Fig. 11.92), as follows:

- Extract the sensor from the bracket;

- Remove the bracket from the inside lining of the roof, press it into the mounting slots;

- Remove the sun visors and brackets;

- Remove the rails fixed to the ceiling;

- Remove the trim panel in the rack;

- Remove the rear lights for reading;

- Remove the rear ceiling lighting 5-door version;

- Remove the C-pillar panel;

- Remove the rack D;

- Remove the cover of the third brake light (4-door).

4) remove the inner lining of the roof (Fig. 11.93), as follows:

- Turning 90 ?�, remove the central piston rear (5-door version);

- Remove the six screws from the pistons;

- Raise the roof lining above the seals;

- Remove the inner lining of the roof through an opening tailgate (5-door version);

- Fold both front seats in the "bed" position, raise the roof lining above the tabs on the rack in the (4-door);

- Take your fingers out of the rack mounting C and A;

- Remove the inner lining of the roof by opening the passenger door.

Installation of inner lining of the roof (Fig. 11.94) as follows:

- Align with the openings facing Lighting lampshades, bracket sun visor and slide sunroof (if any);

- Set the trim tabs;

- Put molding around shifts the hatch (if any);

- Miss wiring for mirrors with illumination;

- Install the sun visors;

- Set the front caps, if installed the rearview mirror with lights, skip and connect the wiring;

- Install two pistons rack D (5-door version);

- Install two pistons C-pillar;

- Establish a central piston rear;

- Refit the door and tailgate seals the door opening;

- Further Reassembly is the reverse order to dismantling.
