- Loose or worn alternator drive belt;
- Electrical equipment load exceeds the generator power the vehicle. This can happen because of any equipment;
- Slow motion car in heavy traffic or the operation of the engine at idle with the inclusion of a large number of electricity consumers;

- Faulty electrical circuit, resulting in a large current consumption;

- Faulty electrical circuit of the charging system;
- Defective battery. Before checking visually inspect the battery for damage.

A warning

If the battery shows signs of freezing, leakage, the exposed plate or a low level of electrolyte is not recommended to charge the battery in connection with the possibility of the formation of internal arcing and subsequent explosion, resulting in possible bodily injuries.

Hydrogen released when charging the battery, the battery is going around, so is forbidden the use of fire, sparking devices open by fire-dangerous light devices and smoking.

Working with the battery it is necessary to wear safety goggles. We can not allow dripping acid and particles containing lead compounds in eyes, on skin or on clothing. If you get in your eyes, immediately rinse the eyes with clean water for several minutes. After that, be sure to consult a doctor. In case of contact with skin or clothes, immediately neutralize acid alkaline soap and wash the appropriate place with plenty of clean water.
