Removing and installing clutch pedal



Details of installation of the clutch pedal

1, 4, 11 - Nuts
2, 6 - Bolts
3 - Return spring
4 - Flat washer
7 - Spacer sleeve
8 - Axial sleeve
9 - Lock (must be replaced on a mandatory basis)

10 - Finger
12 - Pusher
13 - Floating head
14 - Emphasis
15 - Pedal
16 - Cover shoes


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the fastening clamp and the pusher finger.
  2. Disconnect the return spring.
  3. Give a fixing nut, remove the washer and remove the axle bolt.
  4. Remove the spacer and the two axial sleeve.
  5. Estimate degree of deterioration of axial sleeves and shoe covers, do not check whether the pedal arm is bent or weakened if the return spring. Replace defective components.
  6. Installation is the reverse order of disassembly of components - Axial and remote bush before boarding grease lithium grease (NGLI ?�� 2). Ensure compliance with the requirements of the specification of the Head Transmission Line to the efforts of a tightening of threaded fasteners.
  7. Finally, do not forget to adjust the pedal free play (see. Section Check and adjust the clutch pedal).
