Lubrication System - general information, check the motor oil pressure general information The main system components include the engine lubrication oil pan, oil pump rotor, oil cooler, full-flow oil filter and maslotoki head and cylinder block. Scheme of the lubrication system of the petrol engine On considered in this Guide engines (DOHC) another important element of the lubrication system are the special lubricator, with providing intensive heat from piston assemblies - each piston is provided on one sprayer. When the engine oil pressure reaches the critical value of about 1.75 kgf / cm 2, open special built-in outlets nozzles control valves, whereby the engine oil is sprayed finely dispersed onto the inner surfaces of the pistons, providing removal of excess heat from the latter. The drive of the oil pump is driven directly by the engine crankshaft. The pump provides a sampling of oil through the strainer from the sump and feeding it into the main oil gallery. Previously oil is forced through the full flow filter and the oil cooler and fed into the distance along the side surface of the cylinder gallery, providing lubrication and cooling of the necks of radical bearings. The remainder of the oil rises to the components of the valve mechanism. Lubrication is provided to the connecting rod bearings for special through special hole in the body of the crankshaft. Lubrication of components, direct oil supply which is not provided, is provided by spraying and draining oil from adjacent surfaces. And finally, under the influence of gravity the oil again flows into the sump, after which the described operating cycle is repeated. The rotary oil pump is equipped with pressure relief valve, providing control of system pressure due to excess oil bypass tray back into the boat. Checking oil pressure | | - Release the fixing screw and connect the sensor wiring, motor oil pressure switch. Remove the sensor from the crankcase.
|
| - Screw the mounting hole of the sensor attachment screw gauge.
|
- Start the engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature.
- Raise the engine speed up to 3,000 per minute and read the pressure gauge. If the result is outside the permitted range (see. Specifications of the Head of Engine), you must determine the cause of a malfunction and eliminate the latter.
- Remove the nozzle pressure gauge and replace the gauge-switch of pressure of oil.
- Replace sensor and restore initial connection of electrical wiring, - track reliability of a tightening of bolts.
