Removing and installing engine
Withdrawal | - Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- At a corresponding complete set remove protection crankcase engine / transmission.
- Drain the cooling system (see chap. Current care and maintenance).
- Drain the engine oil (see chap. Current care and maintenance).
- Remove the air intake and air hose (cm. Power supply systems, engine control / emission control and exhaust).
- Remove the components of the throttle (see. Power supply systems, engine control / emission control and exhaust).
- Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses of the cooling system (see chap. System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
- Disconnect the exhaust pipe of the exhaust system (see. Power supply systems, engine control / emission control and exhaust).
- Disconnect all located in the engine compartment electrical connectors: starter, alternator, ignition coil, clutch compressor K / V, fuel injectors, oxygen sensor (s) (depending on version), crankshaft position sensor (model AT - Models Manual transmission with the wiring of the CKP sensor is disconnected from under the car), the gauge of measurement of weight of air (MAF), the generator, the throttle position sensor (TPS), a coal adsorber purge valve, control valve of turns of idling (IAC), and so forth.
- Disconnect everything from the engine vacuum hoses, including the gain line of brakes and clutches drive switching Hubs front wheels (with appropriate equipment), as well as hoses, cooling and fuel path (do not forget the drainage hose fuel vapor on the assembly of a coal adsorber).
- Remove the front grille (see chap. Body).
- On models corresponding complete set remove the condenser fan K / V, and then the actual condenser K / V (see chap. System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
- Remove the radiator cooling system (see chap. System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
 | - On models corresponding complete set remove the tube compressor K / V.

- Remove the accessory drive belt (see. Section accessory drive belt).
- From under the car, disconnect the wiring harness speed sensor (VSS) and CKP (Manual transmission model), as well as sensors, switches and lights Reverse indicator activation signal-wheel drive mode.
 | - Remove the gauge-switch signal indicator wheel drive.

- Remove the starter motor (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
- Remove the bolts and lower the beam transmission on a jack.
- Secure the lifting slings to lift rymah engine and the last post in a way that supports his suspension were completely unloaded.
- Remove the mounting bolts through the top and carefully remove the engine from the engine compartment of the vehicle.

Setting | - Installation is the reverse order of dismantle of components. Track correctness restore the original connection of all communication lines. Remember that all threaded fasteners must be tightened with demanded effort.
