Lubrication System - general information

The main system components include the engine lubrication oil pan, gear oil pump, oil cooler, equipped with oil filter bypass valve to ensure cooling of the pistons and Lubricators maslotoki head and cylinder block.

Scheme of the lubrication system of the diesel engine

The principle of operation of the lubrication system is similar to that described in Section Petrol models for petrol models.

Built-in oil filter housing relief valve protects the motor in the event of cross-filter element - valve actuation is accompanied by activation of the corresponding control lamp in the instrument cluster of the vehicle.
