Removal and installation of communication lines refrigerator path of K /
| - Support the wheel chock.
- Forces trained professionals make detente a refrigerator path system K / V.

Line evaporator Withdrawal | - Check the path of the engine cooling components for signs of leaks.
- Disconnect and remove the battery.
- Remove the mounting bolts, wiring and connectors Disconnect the hose connecting the feed pump and remove the tank windscreen washer fluid in the engine compartment (see chap. Body).
- Loosen the flare nuts / bolts on both ends of the line to be lifting.
| - Remove the nut fastening clamps.

| - Release the line from intermediate clamps and remove it from the vehicle.
|

Setting | | - Get a change of line on the regular place and snap it into the interim latches.
|
- Manually capitalize on a couple of threads of the two flare nuts.
- Align the line and tighten the flare nuts to the required torque (13 Nm 32 Nm).
- Screw the socket bolts to the engine compartment bulkhead and tighten them with demanded effort (24 Nm).
- Screw and tighten the retaining nut low.
- Forces trained professionals make evacuation, vacuum check and charging of a refrigerator path system K / V.
- Install and connect the battery.
- Start the engine, activate the K / V connectors and inspect the choke refrigerator path for signs of leaks. If necessary, make appropriate corrections.

Flexible hoses Withdrawal | - Release nut and remove the compression fittings suitable hose.
|

Setting | - Keep a hose on the regular place.
- Screw the flare nuts and tighten them with demanded effort (depending on the connection point).
- Forces trained professionals make evacuation, vacuum check and charging of a refrigerator path system K / V.
- Start the engine, activate the K / V connectors and inspect the choke refrigerator path for signs of leaks. If necessary, make appropriate corrections.
