Removal, check and installation of compressor K / V
Withdrawal | - Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Forces trained professionals make detente a refrigerator path system K / V.
- Disconnect from the compressor refrigeration line - immediately plug the open ends of the choke connectors to prevent internal contamination of the working path K / V.
 | - Disconnect the wiring connector of the compressor clutch.

- Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
- Remove protection crankcase.
 | - Loosen the nut of the pulley belt tensioner compressor K / V.

- By turning the adjusting screw in a counterclockwise direction, release the belt, throw off it from pulleys and remove.
- Lower the car to the ground.
 | - Remove the four mounting bolts (1) and remove the compressor.

Check |  | - At the hearing, make sure of serviceability of operation of the magnetic clutch of the compressor when it is applied to the power terminals 12 V.

- Check coupler and its availability to the drive pulley oil sagging, deformation and other mechanical damage. Replace defective components.
 | - By choosing the appropriate thickness shim to adjust the gap between the face plate and the pulley rotor. The required value is 0.35 ÷ 0.65 mm.
