PERFORMANCE ORDER

Acting in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, connect the system to the specific measuring unit.

Start the engine and lift it up to a value of 2000 revolutions per minute.
Start K / V at maximum cooling capacity.
Open windows and doors.
Hold the thermometer to the dry-type air vent nozzle of the central instrument panel.
By the evaporator air intake Bring psychrometer.
Wait until the temperature at the outlet of the central deflector is stabilized and from the measuring unit to determine the pressure in the high-pressure part of a refrigerator path. The required value of 15.0 ÷ 17.0 kgf / ^cm 2 at a temperature of 25 ÷ 35 ?� C.

If the pressure in the high-pressure path excessively high obleyte condenser coil K / cold water pressure is too low Shut off the upstream side of the heat exchanger.

READING psychrometer and this diagram, determine the relative humidity of the incoming air.

Calculate the difference of the thermometer (temperature at the outlet of the system) and a psychrometer (at logon).

In this diagram, make sure that the point of intersection of the values of relative humidity and the last product calculation is within the shaded area.

Check the pressure in the refrigerator path

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Acting in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, connect the system to the specific measuring unit.
Start the engine and lift it up to a value of 2000 revolutions per minute.
Start blowing fan at the maximum speed mode and activate the K / V at maximum cooling capacity.
Turn on the air circulation.
READING measuring unit, determine the pressure in the high-pressure and low-pressure refrigerant path circuits. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications of the Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning system, if necessary, check the performance of K / V.

Checking the coolant level

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Start the engine to idle and warm it up to normal operating temperature.
Start the R / B and let it run for a few minutes at maximum performance.

Look in special viewing window (1) in the upper body of the receiver-drier (2). Comparing the results from the monitoring of data in the table, determine the level of coolant in the refrigerator path and take appropriate measures to deal with problems.
