Removal and installation of the fuel pump

Try in the extraction process pump assembly not to damage its fragile components such as the fuel intake and a float gauge of a stock of fuel! See. As a warning at the beginning of Section Removal and installation of the fuel tank!

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Follow the procedures in Section Removal and installation of the fuel tank.
Remove the eight mounting screws to the tank landing flange of the pump assembly.

Gently turning and tipping from side to side, release the pump assembly from the fuel tank, - try not to damage the fuel intake and a float sensor supply of fuel - and wrap it in a paper towel. Immediately zakuporte installation window pump assembly in the fuel tank.

If necessary, separate from the pump assembly fuel standpipe strainer and remove the pump itself.
