Removing and installing fuel tank
 | Gasoline is highly flammable in, so when working with any components of the fuel system must take special precautions! Do not smoke, and do not go near the place of work with open flames or unprotected moving the shade. Do not perform such work in the garages equipped with heaters powered by natural gas (such as water heater, dryer, etc.)! The working area should be well ventilated. If any gasoline spills on your skin, immediately rinse it off with soap and water. When carrying out any work on the fuel system put on goggles and keep a fire extinguisher. In the event of spillage immediately wipe the puddle of gasoline, but do not hold the rags impregnated with gasoline in places where there is a risk of ignition it! See. Details of the installation of the fuel tank | - Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Lift the rear seat and fold the rectangular flap panel carpeting.
- Through special service window disunite sockets electrical fuel pump / gauge of a stock of fuel (see.
- Remove the screw securing the ground bus.
| - Remove the four screws and remove the access door to the fuel tank.

- Release fixing collars and remove the pump assembly from two fuel hose.
- Disconnect the electrical wiring from the pressure sensor in the fuel tank.
- After opening the service release fixing collars and disconnect hoses from the three fuel tank fittings assembly.
- Release the clamp on the fuel filler.
- Post the car off the ground.
- With the help of lifting equipment post assembly fuel tank shield.
- Remove the 15-mm bolts build tank shield.
- Carefully separate the tank from the frame members of the car, put it down on the lifting equipment and move to the bench. Immediately plug the open tank fittings suitable plugs to prevent the release of fuel vapors to the outside.
| - Remove the two mounting bolts and separate from the tank (1) shield (2).

| - Installation is in the reverse order. Track correctness of landing and reliability of fixing of fuel hoses on the unions - the main hoses, return and evaporator lines have stretched on the fittings at least 25 mm, the filler neck - at least 35 mm.
