Adjusting drive heater



With 10/89 vol.

Cable flap fresh / circulating air

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To establish the lever of fresh / circulating air to fresh air.
  1. Attach the cable to pull the damper fresh / circulating air.
  2. Set the damper to the fresh air.
  3. Fasten the cable housing on the body of the flat bracket.

Cable drive for the air distribution flap

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Set air distribution lever fully to the right (defrost).
  1. Prisoedinint rope to pull the air distribution valve.
  2. Set the damper to the defrost.
  3. Secure the cover of a cable and the bracket on the body.

Cable drive temperature control

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Set the mixer lever (temperature control) fully left to the "cold".
  2. Attach the cable to pull the mixing valve.
  3. Set the damper to the "cold".
  1. Fix a cable cover in the bracket on the body.

From 9/85 on 9/89 MY.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Fan unit

  1. To establish the lever of fresh / circulating air to fresh air.
  1. Attach the cable to pull the damper fresh / circulating air.
  2. Set the damper to the fresh air, to drive this shift lever all the way forward.
  3. Fasten the cable housing on the body of the flat bracket.

Cable drive for the air distribution flap

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Set air distribution valve lever fully to the right (defrost).
  1. Pull the lever all the way down and a loop to attach a cable to the lever.
  1. Pull the connecting rod all the way down, and then install the connecting rod in the holder.
  1. Tighten the bar clamp.
  2. Turn on the fan and leave work for the 4th stage. Toggle button to switch on the control panel to all positions and check the distribution of air.

Cable drive temperature control

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Set the mixer lever (temperature control) fully left to the "cold".
  1. Pull the lever down until it stops and attach a wire loop mixing valve to the arm.
  1. Pull the lever connecting rod all the way up and set the connecting rod on the bracket.
  1. Tighten the bar clamp.
