Box of differential and distributing box: Oil change
On vehicles with all-wheel drive is necessary to change the oil in the box and the differential in the transfer case. Spare parts need the following: - Gasket oil filler and oil drain plugs.
- Gear oil specification: a temperature above -18 ?� C: API GL - 5 SAE 90; the temperature below -18 ?� C: API GL - 5 SAE 80.
Replacement Transfer case | - Raise the vehicle in a horizontal position.
- If present, remove the shield of the engine and gearbox.
- Perform a visual check of tightness of the transfer case.
| - Remove the oil filler plug -B-.

- Remove the oil drain plug and drain the oil -A- up until it begins to drip. Install the oil drain plug with a new seal and tightened to 55 Nm.
- Pour about 0, 5 liters of transmission oil and check the level of your finger. The level should be at the lower edge of the filler hole.
- Install the oil filler plug with a new seal and tightened to 55 Nm.
- If there is, install shield engine and gearbox.
- Lower the vehicle.

Rear Differential | - Raise the vehicle in a horizontal position.
- Visually check the tightness of the rear axle.
| - Remove the oil filler plug -B-.

- Remove the oil drain plug and drain the oil -A- up until it begins to drip. Install the oil drain plug with a new seal and tightened to 55 Nm.
- Pour about 0.65 liters of transmission oil and check the level of your finger. The level should be at the lower edge of the filler hole.
- Install the oil filler plug with a new seal and tightened to 55 Nm.
- Lower the vehicle.
