Door lock



Withdrawal

Lock the back door

1 - rod for actuating the doors from the inside
2 - the locking mechanism
3 - door lock
4, 5 - clamps
6 - the vacuum pipe to ABS
7, 8 - bolts

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the pipe from the central locking of the door lock.
2. Remove the bolt (7) lock shell (9). The casing can be removed only together with the door lock.
3. Remove the door lock through a hole in the sheet metal door.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the door lock with a locking mechanism.
2. Fix the lock with three bolts mounting to 8 Nm
A warning

First, tighten the two screws on the front side of the door.

3. For the front door: check the clearance between the handle-bracket and lever door lock. Install the door handle.
4. Glue the smooth, wrinkle-free coating film.
5. Hang the stretching rod for actuating the door from the inside and secure the clamps.
6. Install the inner door trim.
