Replacement fuses
To avoid damage due to short circuits and overloads in the lines and consumers of electrical system, the individual circuits are protected by fuses. Used fuses with blade contacts, so that the usual (traditional) fuses can no longer be used.
| Fuses are located primarily in one fuse and relay, which is located behind the left engine compartment. |
| A second fuse box is located in the trunk before the battery. Before replacing the fuse every time, first disconnect the corresponding user. |
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Remove the cover from the fuse box. | | 2. Blown fuse is determined by the molten metal strip along the walls. Mounted fuses two modifications: "a" - from 7, 5 to 30 A, "a" - 30 and 40 A. | | 3. Remove the defective fuse. To remove the fuse, use the plastic tweezers, located in the tool kit that came with the car. | 4. Insert a new fuse of the same amperage. Rated current is stamped on the fuse holder. Moreover, in a cartridge fuse "a" has a distinctive color, at which also can determine the nominal current (See. | 5. Again, cover with protective cover fuse box. | 6. If the newly inserted fuse after a short time again, blows, check the appropriate circuit. | 7. In no case do not replace the fuse wire or similar auxiliary material, because it can cause serious damage to the electrical system. | 8. Recommended constantly keep in the car a few spare fuses. To save them in the main unit has several fuse holders. | 9. Note: The location of the fuse depends on the equipment and model year of the car, the actual position of the fuse is on the cover of the fuse box and the instruction manual. |
