Fault diagnosis system of petrol injection

Before based fault diagnosis problem is sought, must meet the following control conditions: the right to start the engine. As for cold and warm engine for the following applies: Do not press the accelerator pedal during the start, depress the clutch pedal. The tank should be fuel, mechanically engine must also be in order, the battery is charged, the starter motor is rotated at a sufficient speed, the ignition system in the manner the power supply system is sealed and is not contaminated, crankcase ventilation in the manner provided reliable electrical connection to the vehicle body (engine - gearbox - body). The garage charge fault memory.

A warning

If the fuel lines are unscrewed, they should be pre-rinsed with cold cleansing agent (detergent) or gasoline.

CAUSE
REMEDY
The engine does not start
If the starter does not start with the electric fuel pump (not audible noise during operation)
Lightly tap the pump housing to secede could possibly hovering pump. Check the voltage supplied to the pump. Check the electrical contacts on good conductivity.
Faulty fuse
Check the fuel pump fuse.
Faulty fuel pump relay
Check the relay.
By the injection valve is not energized
Snimimte shtekkernye injector connectors, connect a control bulb and press the starter. Pilot light must blink slightly. If the light glows weakly: replace the control unit. If the warning light does not illuminate: check the fuel pump relay.
A cold engine is started badly, it works irregularly
Faulty sensor
Check the temperature sensor.
Faulty oxygen sensor
Instructed to check the oxygen sensor and replace if necessary.
The engine stops (works intermittently)
Periodically opens the electrical connections relating to the fuel pump
Check for a firm and perfect connection shtekkernye connections and connections of electrical wires on the fuel pump and the relay. Check the fuse and place the contact on the fuel pump relay. Clean the contacts.
Too low a volume flow fuel pump
Charge the garage to check the quantity of liquid fuel.
Clogged fuel filter
Replace the fuel filter.
Faulty fuel pump
Check the fuel pump.
Leaky valve nozzle
Check the injection valve.
The motor has a defect when the transient conditions
Leaky air intake system
Check the intake system of the engine. To do this, leave the engine running at idle and gasoline promazhte uplrtneniya place, as well as compounds in the intake tract. If the speed increases momentarily, it should eliminate existing leaks. Warning: gasoline fumes are poisonous, do not inhale them!
Faulty coolant temperature sensor
Check the temperature sensor.
Leaky power system
Inspect all the joints in the vicinity of the engine and the electric fuel pump.
Do not run hot engine
Too high a pressure supply system
Charge check the pressure in the fuel system, if necessary replace a pressure regulator.
Clogged drain or a curved line between the pressure regulator and the fuel pump Clean or replace the line (line).
