Oxygen sensor (oxygen sensor)



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the right guard behind the front wall of the cabin.
2. Remove the front wall of the cabin shop with wires. To do this, pull out the roll pin.
3. Separate shtekkernoe connection from the oxygen sensor (arrow).
4. Pull out the electrical line with rubber grommet through the front wall of the cab and disconnect it from the spring clip on the cylinder head cover.
5. Remove the oxygen sensor (G3 / 2) from the exhaust manifold.
6. 6-cylinder engine oxygen sensor installed in the front exhaust manifold to the catalyst.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Coat the threads of the oxygen sensor high temperature lubrication paste, for example, Liqui Moly LM-508-ASC, and screw the sensor to 55 Nm
2. Pull the electrical line through the front wall of the cabin. Connect the mains plug.
3. Secure the line in the spring clip on the cylinder head cover.
4. Replace the front wall of the cabin shop with wires and fix the roll pin.
5. Place behind the front wall of the cabin right guard.
