Fuel distributor with valve injectors



Withdrawal


A warning

Ensure good ventilation of the workplace! Fuel vapors are poisonous, avoid the use of open fire because of the danger of fire!


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect from the terminals of the battery ground cable (-).

This erased anti-theft radio code.


2. Reduce the vapor pressure of the fuel for that briefly open the filler cap of the fuel tank.
3. Remove the cross tube of the air filter.
4. Remove the hose (1) to remove the air from the crankcase.
5. Remove the hose (40/11), which is under vacuum.
6. Remove the ignition coil high voltage wires and disconnect them from the spring clips on the device mounting.
7. Remove the screws (17/4) from the fuel line clips (17/5). Please note that not fallen nuts (17/6).
8. Turn off the supply (17/2) and drain (17/3) fuel. To do this, loosen the union nut and the hollow bolt (17/7).
A warning

Before disconnecting the fuel lines lay thick rag over the connections to capture the remnants of fuel emitted opportunity to preserve residual pressure.


9. Remove shtekkernye connectors injection valves (arrows).
10. Remove the screws (17/1) and remove the spacers (17/8).
11. Gently pull the intake manifold of a fuel distributor (17) with the injection valves.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert the fuel rail with new O-rings.
2. Place the spacers and screw the fuel distributor.
3. Pull the mains plug for the injection valves.
4. Screw the fuel lines with new O-rings.
5. Attach the drain line to the fuel rail with clamps.
6. Fit the high voltage wires to the ignition coil and secure them in the spring clamp on the device mounting.
7. The push-fit the vent hose from the crankcase so that the arrow on the hose and rubber flange stood opposite each other.
8. Set the transverse pipe of the air filter.
9. Connect to the terminal of the battery ground cable (-).
10. Set the time on the clock.
11. Enter the anti-theft code for the radio.
12. Start the engine and check the tightness of junctions of fuel.
