Cylinder head

| - Disconnect "weight" from the storage battery.
- Lift the bonnet vertically upwards.
- Remove the air filter from the intake of cold air.
- On vehicles with a positioner body loosen the bolts of his pump without disconnecting the hoses. Allow the pump to the side.
- Drain the coolant.
- Disconnect from the coolant temperature sensor, carburetor and injection system.
- Disconnect heater hoses, radiator inlet hose, fuel hoses, carburetor, and on cars with fuel injection, disconnect the pressure regulator and the distributor of fuel supply hose and drain the fuel.
- Disconnect vacuum hoses.
- Disconnect the throttle return spring.
- Disconnect from the lever pull the throttle.
- Remove the intake manifold amplifier.
- Remove the dipstick and close the stopper pipe probe.
- For vehicles with air conditioning, disconnect the cylinder head tube conditioning system.
- On vehicles with automatic gearbox, unscrew the bolt of the dipstick bracket to the cylinder head and remove the cable from the throttle linkage.
- Unscrew Clamp wire of "weight".
- Depending on the model year of the car, loosen and remove the alternator drive belt or the accessory drive belt.
- Remove the bolts from the front exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold and disconnect them.
- Disconnect the spark plug wire bundle of high voltage.
- Remove the spark plugs.
- Uncover the sensor-distributor of ignition with a bunch of wires.
- Rotate the crankshaft pulley for, output piston of 1st cylinder in TDC.
- Remove the stopper chain tensioner.
- Remove the O-ring and spring.
- Put labels of mutual location on the chain and on the camshaft depending on engine model.
- Lock by turning the camshaft, putting on key flats 24 mm.
- Remove the pacifier chain.
- Remove the chain from the camshaft sprocket, and hold it in a position which makes it impossible to jump off the crankshaft sprocket.
- Remove the camshaft sprocket by removing the bolt.
- Remove the cylinder head bolts in the reverse order tightening.
- Remove the cylinder head and gasket from the unit and remove it along with the nozzle.
- Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the cylinder head and block. It is forbidden to strip the mating surface of the cylinder head. Take measures to prevent contamination in the channel head.
- Check the condition of the parts removed. Check the flatness of the mating surface of the cylinder head. Resolve the identified problem. If necessary, replace the cylinder head bolts.

Setting
Prior to installation of the cylinder head ensure clean all parts. Check pulling bolts. Replace all gaskets. | - Place the gasket inscription towards the cylinder head. Make sure that the mating surfaces of the cylinder head, block and pad dry and have no greasy residue.
- Apply engine oil to the threads and bearing surface of the cylinder head bolts.
- Install the cylinder head and screw bolts.
- Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the figure.
- For the resetting of the bolt head bolt put on the key so that it was directed along the longitudinal axis of the engine, and turn it 1/4 turn before it is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the engine.
- Set the damper chain camshaft drive.
- Fit the camshaft sprocket chain, ensuring coincidence of adjusting labels.
- Tighten sprocket.
- Plug in the chain tensioner and place the spring.
- Check the adjustment of the timing.
- Install the cylinder head cover.
- On engines set pomehopodavitelny screen plate and a leading distributor rotor ignition.
- Screw in the cylinder head of the spark plug.
- Connect the wiring harness of the ignition system and replace the cover of the sensor-distributor of ignition.
- On the engine M 102 connect the vacuum hose.
- Connect the exhaust front pipe to the exhaust manifold.
- Depending on the model year of the car put alternator drive belt or multi-ribbed accessory drive belt and adjust its tension.
- Depending on the vehicle, tighten the bolt bracket dipstick tube automatic transmission.
- Depending on the vehicle, attach the hose unit.
- Install the dipstick tube and insert the probe.
- Install the intake manifold amplifier.
- Connect the return spring throttle actuator.
- Connect the vacuum hose to the intake manifold.
- Connect to the carburetor or to the pressure regulator and the distributor fuel injection system inlet hoses and drain the fuel.
- Connect the heater hoses and cooling systems.
- Connect the plugs.
- Fill and bleed the cooling system.
- On vehicles with a positioner, set the pump body.
- Install an air filter with the intake of cold air.
- Attach the wire of "weight" to the battery.
