Details of installation of liquid heat exchanger on the engine oil filter series 612

10 - sealing element

70 - the main fuel filter


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of liquid heat exchanger on the engine oil filter series 612 shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Open the hood and fix it in an upright position.
  3. Remove the finishing panels (1 and 2).
  4. Remove the cover (3) of the casing of the oil filter, remove the filter element and drain the oil into the prepared container.
  5. Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
  6. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  7. Disconnect the EGR heat exchanger (11) cooling hose path (12).
  8. Remove the fuel cooler.
  9. Remove the bolts of the heat exchanger EGR (11) to the cylinder head.
  10. Separate the EGR heat exchanger by the air distribution pipe (110/1).
  11. Remove line (110/1).
  12. Remove the fuel line (21) (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  13. Disconnect Hose cooling path (7) of the liquid cooler (8).
  14. Disconnect line ATF (9) of the heat exchanger (8), - ready to collect effluent.
  15. Remove the heat exchanger (8) of the timing cover.
  16. Installation is in the reverse order.
  17. Check the coolant level, if necessary, make appropriate adjustment (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  18. Finally, start the engine and check for signs of leakage.
  19. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature, stop it and, after about 2 minutes, check the level of the motor oil. If necessary, make an appropriate adjustment (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the installation of the oil pan to the engine 612 shown in a series of illustrations, which include all the links in the text.
  2. Open the hood and fix it in an upright position.
  3. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
  4. Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
  5. Drain the engine oil (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  6. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  7. Remove the finishing panels (1 and 2).
  8. Disconnect Hose cooling path (3) of the connecting element (4).
  9. Disconnect the hose (3) of the EGR (5).
  10. Disconnect the fuel hose (7) from the preheating apparatus (9).
  11. Remove the device (9) with EGR (5) - Prepare a new gasket.
  12. Remove coolant expansion tank (11) (see chap. System of cooling, heating and air conditioner).
  13. Remove the air inlet (12).
  14. Remove the air hose (13) - Prepare new sealing ring (6).
  15. Disconnect the air hose (15) from the mixing chamber.
  16. Remove the cooling fan (17).
  17. Disconnect the hose (18) from the radiator (19).
  18. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the motor oil level sensor (B40).
  19. Release the clamp on the primary catalytic converter (120/1) to the TWC (111).
  20. Remove the clamps torsion rod (24).
  21. Give nuts (23) of the front suspension towers of the power unit.
  22. Post on the winch motor.
  23. Loosen the screws (26 and 27) and drain the oil from the sump (28).
  24. Finally, remove the bolts and remove the pan.
  25. Remove the gasket (29).
  26. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pallet and the block.
  27. Installation is in the reverse order. Remember that all sealing elements should be replaced on a mandatory basis. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
  28. Finally, start the engine and check for any signs of leaks. Also clean the memory module on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  2. Remove the sump (1) (See above.).
  3. Remove the oil pump bolts (2) to the crankcase.
  4. Press tensioner (4) and throw off circuit (3) with the pump drive sprocket. Remove the pump assembly (2).
  5. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pump and the engine block.
  6. Fill with fresh oil pump assembly.
  7. Installation is performed in reverse order - do not forget to clean the strainer maslozabornika.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of engine oil filter series 628 are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
  3. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  4. Lift the cover of the power unit.
  5. Remove the electric cooling fan.
  6. Remove the cover (2) of the oil filter housing (11).
  7. Remove the hose cooling path extending from the radiator to the thermostat.
  8. Disconnect from the filter housing (11) of the cooling line (4) and ventilation (5) treats, liberate them from the support bracket (arrow).
  9. Also, disconnect the filter from the line (7, 9 and 8).
  10. Remove the support bracket (15).
  11. Remove the bolts (10).
  12. Remove the oil filter housing (11)
  13. Installation is in the reverse order.
  14. Finally, start the engine and check the filter for signs of leaks.
  15. Check motor oil level, if necessary, make appropriate adjustment (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).

  2. Open the hood.
  3. Lift the cover of the power unit.
  4. Remove the cover (1) the housing of the oil filter (6) and remove the filter element (2).
  5. Remove the left front wheel and the wheel arch locker protection.
  6. Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
  7. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  8. Disconnect from a casing of the oil filter (6) of the cooling line (3) and ventilation (4) tracts.
  9. Remove the oil filter housing (6) liquid heat exchanger (8).
  10. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces, prepare a new gasket (9).
  11. Installation is in the reverse order.
  12. Finally, start the engine and check for any signs of leaks.
  13. Check motor oil level, if necessary, make appropriate adjustment (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).

The lower section of the pallet

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of the lower section of the oil pan to the engine 628 series are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
  3. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the oil level sensor (B40).
  4. Drain the engine oil (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  5. Remove / lower the front axle assembly (see chap. Suspension and steering).
  6. Remove the bolts of the support bracket of the lower tract charge air hoses on the right wall of the lower section of the oil pan.
  7. Remove the mounting bolts (2) and remove the bottom section of the pallet (1), if necessary, lift it in place of the arrow.
  8. Remove the oil level sensor (B40).
  9. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the lower and upper sections of the pallet.
  10. Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of applying sealant to the mating surface of the lower section of the pallet.

  2. Remove the two sections of the oil pan (see. Above).
  3. Remove the screw (7).
  4. Remove the screws (6) attaching the oil pump (8).
  5. Pull tensioner (4) of the drive chain (3) of the sprocket (5) driving the pump (8). If necessary, remove the chain and make its replacement.
  6. Remove the pump assembly (8).
  7. Remove the bolts (9) and remove the cover from the pump to the oil pipe (10).
  8. Clean strainer maslozabornika.
  9. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces.
  10. Fill with fresh oil pump assembly.
  11. Installation is in the reverse order.
