Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the transmission housing of the converter housing.
2. Remove multi-disc clutch K1, K2 and K3.
3. Remove the two visible up teflon ring (42b) with the output shaft.
4. Remove the retaining ring (42f), the gasket (42e), axial needle bearing (42d) and thrust washer (42c) from the output shaft.
5. Remove the clutch K3 (44).
6. Remove the rear hollow shaft (45) from the output shaft.
7. Remove the rear unit of the planetary gears (43) with built-in hollow shaft, the central unit of the planetary gears to the output shaft.
8. Remove the thrust washer (43a).
9. Remove the multi-disk brake B1 and the oil pump.


Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the thrust washer (43a) cuff towards the cage.
2. Install the rear unit of the planetary gears (43) with built-in hollow shaft, the central unit of the planetary gears to the output shaft.
3. Lubricate and install three lower Teflon rings (42b) into the groove so that they have established together.
4. Install the rear hollow shaft (45) on the output shaft. Check the O-rings on the hollow shaft and replace them if necessary.
5. Install the clutch K3.
6. Install the retaining ring, gasket, thrust needle roller bearing and thrust pad.
7. Grease and install the top two Teflon rings (42b) into the groove so that they have established together.
8. Check the axial clearance between the gasket (42e) and locking ring (42f). It should be 0.15 - 0.6 mm. Adjust the gap with gasket (42e). The thickness of the linings: 3.0, 3.4 and 3.7 mm.
9. Install the multi-disc clutch K1, K2 and K3.
