Checking the gap between the retaining ring (44g) and the outer plate (41a)

37 - Friction disc thickness 1.6 mm / 2.1 mm thickness of the new

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the retaining ring (44h) with external support.
2. Remove the disc (44g), and disc spring (44f) with external support.
3. Set the extractor (072) on the spring plate (44d) and push it up until the retaining ring (44e) is released.
4. Remove the retaining ring (44e).
5. Remove the spring plate (44d) and the piston (44c) with an external support.


Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The assembly is carried out in reverse order. Check the clearance between the snap ring (44g) and the outer disc (41).

The magnitude of gaps in the clutch K3 is provided in the table. Adjust the gap with a retaining ring (44g). The thickness of the retaining ring: 2.0, 2.3, 2.6, 2.9, 3.2 and 3.5 mm.
