Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the retaining ring (90) with an external support (refer to the accompanying illustration).
2. Remove the disc (89) with an external support.

3. Set the extractor (072) on the spring plate (87) and compresses it to until the retaining ring (88) is released.

4. Remove the disc spring (86b) and the piston (86) is fed to the hole and the compressed air.


Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The assembly is carried out in reverse order. Check the gap between the retaining ring (90) and outer discs (89c). Adjust the gap with a retaining ring (90). The thickness of the retaining ring: 2.6, 2.9, 3.2, 3.5, 3.8 and 4.1 mm.
