Removing and installing AT torque converter



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove the oil filler tube (61) from the engine.
3. Remove the drain plug (4) from the transmission pan and drain the transmission oil.
4. Remove the drain plug (9) of the torque converter and drain the transmission oil.
5. Remove the cover (62) and disconnect the 13-pin connector (26).
6. Disconnect the cable (80) lock when parking.
7. Remove the bolts (95) securing the torque converter to the drive plate. Then uncover the torque converter (81).
8. Remove the left and right oil lines (49) from the oil cooler.
9. Remove the draft of a gear (63) by removing the clamp for this.
10. Remove the bracket (64) securing the exhaust pipe.
11. Disconnect an exhaust system (94).
12. Remove the fan shroud to the radiator.
13. Remove the rear engine bracket with a support (65).
14. Remove the propeller shaft (66).
15. Disconnect the connection on "weight" (46) from the transmission.
16. Remove the bolts from the transmission to the engine block and remove it downwards at an angle.
17. Remove the converter.


Setting

Installation is carried out in reverse order.
