Removing and installing multi-plate clutch K1, K2 and K3



Removing and installing multi-plate clutch K1, K2 and K3

12 - Output shaft with a central unit and the rear planetary gears and the clutch K3
13 - Thrust bearing
13a - resistant gasket
58 - Drive shaft with the clutch K2 and the front planetary gears unit
58a - Teflon ring
83 - Clutch K1
138 - The sun gear of the planetary gears of the front unit
A - Oil channel to lock the clutch
B - Oil channel to the clutch K2

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the transmission housing of the torque converter housing.
2. Remove the output shaft to the central and rear planetary gears blocks and clutch K3 (12).
3. Remove axial needle bearing (13) and thrust washer (13a).
4. Remove the drive shaft with the clutch K2 and the front planetary gears unit (58).
5. Remove the clutch K1 (83).


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease and install all together Teflon ring in the groove in the brake B1.
2. Set the clutch K1 (83).
3. Grease and install all along the Teflon rings (58a) in the groove of the clutch K2.
4. Install the drive shaft with the clutch K2 and the front planetary gears unit (58).
5. Install the thrust washer (13a) and the axial needle bearing (13).
6. Set the output shaft to the central unit and the rear planetary gears and the clutch K3 (12).
7. Install the transmission housing to the torque converter housing.
