The routine maintenance schedule

Offered recommendations assume independent performance of procedures of service of the car by its owner unlike the works carried out by a workshop executive branch of the company MERCEDES-BENZ. While this chart is based on the recommendations of the manufacturer, the interval between the majority of procedures, at the discretion of the owner of the vehicle can be reduced, for example, inspection and replacement of lubricants and fluids should be made at intervals providing the maximum service life of the engine or drive. In addition, if the owner is interested in the car to keep it in a state of maximum readiness for operation in case of a possible resale, many procedures can be performed more frequently. We only welcome this initiative.

Initial service and check of the new car should be carried out by a workshop of representation branch of the company in order to fulfill the conditions of warranty. Such verification is free.

List A: The procedure is performed if the mileage since the last service in the list is less than 22 000 km.

There is a risk of injury!

When you open the hood and the engine running, there is a risk of injury.

After switching off the engine fan blades may rotate the radiator for about 30 seconds.

The engine is equipped with an electronic ignition system. Due to the high voltage ignition system is very dangerous to touch the ignition system components (ignition coil, distributor, high voltage wire, spark plug, check the connector):

??? When the engine is running,
? When starting the engine,
??? When the ignition key is in position 2 and the crankshaft is rotated by hand.

Opening

1. Pull the lever in the direction of the arrow - the hood is released.

2. Handle -2- pull out radiator grille and the hood open - do not lift the handle.
Make sure that the wiper arms are not in reclined position.

Closing

1. fold the hood. At the same time hold hands by the edges only -3.

2. If the hood is not fixed, open it again and slam with greater force.
