Disassembly and assembly of front wheel hub



The design of the hub of the front wheel assembly

1 - Hub
2 - Polyurethane O-ring

3 - Tapered Roller Bearing

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the hub (1) (see. Section Removal and installation of the front wheel hubs).
  2. Remove the hub spigot tapered roller bearing (3).
  3. Remove the polyurethane sealing ring (2) - to be replaced on a mandatory basis.
  4. Installation is performed in reverse order, do not forget to grease before installation NEW polyurethane ring (2) and the bearing (3). The cavity in the hinge between the casing and tapered roller bearings tamp about 80 grams of the universal lubricant.
