Disassembly and assembly of the hinge housing front axle

| - Remove the hinge cover (1) complete with drive shaft and remove the last (see. Section Removal and installation of the drive shafts of the front axle).
- Remove the wheel hub (see. Section Removal and installation of the front wheel hubs).
- Remove the O-ring (7).
- Remove the outer ring (2).
- Remove the tapered roller bearing (3) and seal (4).
- Wipe the removed components, if necessary, prepare a replacement.
- Place the end cap (8) and outer ring (9).
- Install the outer ring (5).
- Grease the bearing (3), and set it on the regular place in the housing (1).
- Install the seal (4), after brushing the perimeter sealant.
 | Seals in rubberized edge to install on the sealant do not need. |
- Install the outer ring (2).
- Brushing sealant, install the O-ring (7), placing it into the slot flush (no deeper than 0.3 mm).
- The further installation is made in the reverse order of dismantle of components.
