Disassembly and assembly of the executive cylinder drive differential lock
Front axle Design executive actuator cylinder transverse differential lock of the front axle
| - Remove the gauge-switch of pressure (1).
- Otboltite cover (2).
- Remove the piston (5) with springs (4).
- Otboltite rod (6) from the lever (7) and extract with szhimnoy spring (8).
- Wipe the removed components, replace defective parts.
- Pre-lubricated sliding surface of the light silicone grease such as Molykote 44, put on a rod szhimnuyu spring (8). For lubrication of the threaded portion of the rod, use with Loctite 241.
- Fill the rod (6) in assembly with szhimnoy spring (8) in the cylinder (3) and replace it in the lever (7).
- Install new O-ring (9) and a new boot (10).
- Fill into the cylinder piston (5) with springs (4).
- Screw the cap (2).
- Install the gauge-switch of pressure (1).

Rear Axle Design executive actuator cylinder transverse differential lock rear axle
| - Remove the gauge-switch of pressure (1).
- Remove the bolts (15) and remove the cover (14) - Prepare a removable seal (13).
- Remove the piston (12) with szhimnoy spring (9), - Prepare removable sealing member (10) and the boot (11).
- Remove the stem (5) of the lever (3) and release the two elements, and a spring gauge-switch (4) of the cylinder housing (2).
- Disassemble the stem (5) - to facilitate the procedure screw on the plunger rod (3) and clamp it in a vise with soft jaws.
- Wipe the removed components, replace defective parts.
- Assemble the rod - locking ring (8) must be securely fixed in the receiving groove.
- Installation is in the reverse order - the new sealing elements before installation should be lubricated with silicone grease. For the lubrication of the threaded portion of the stem (5) with Loctite 270 use (about 10 material).
