The rotation of the wheels

Twice a year or every 10,000 kilometers (whichever comes first)

Rotation can be done either through specified in the schedule of routine maintenance intervals or when signs of uneven tread wear. However, remember that in case of successful rotation of all four wheels you eventually have to replace all the tires at the same time. Since this procedure requires raising the vehicle off the ground and remove the wheels, at the same time check the brake operation (see. Section Checking braking system).

Even if you are not going to make the rotation, at least check the tightness of the wheel bolts.

It is recommended to rotate under the special scheme, so that the direction of their rotation was not changed.

Driving the rotation of the wheels.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Refer to information in Section Poddomkrachivanie and towing for the proper raising of the car and change the wheel.
  2. The car should raise winch or install it on a support to all four wheels raised off the ground. Make sure that the vehicle is properly secured!
  3. After the procedure of rotation check and adjust the tire pressure, and do not forget to check the tightness of the wheel bolts.
