Adjusting handbrake



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the gap between the pads and the disc (drum) by repeatedly pressing the pedal.
2. Raise the rear of the vehicle and remove the wheels.
3. If the rear brake disc, make sure that when you release the brake pedal and the lever arm rests against the slide stop.
4. Remove the center section of the front panel.
5. Determine the number of clicks of the lever until resistance is felt.
6. Turn the nut to adjust the stroke of the lever (see. Subsection 11.1).
7. Make sure that when the rear wheel brakes locked and when you turn off freely.
8. Check fire of a control lamp after applying the brake. If necessary, adjust the switch (see. Subpart 11.18).
9. Install the front section and lower the car.
10. Before departure check up work of a manual brake.
