The brake booster and check valve



Power brakes with integrated valves

The valve is inserted into the front of the amplifier.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the hose from the valve.
2. Remove the valve from the rubber seal, turning in different directions and feeding on themselves.
3. Remove the seal.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the condition of the valve, the valve must be blown in one direction.
2. If necessary, replace the valve.
3. If it is damaged, replace the gasket.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the seal into the housing of the amplifier.
2. Carefully insert the valve without damaging the case.
3. Attach the hose.
4. Start the engine and make sure no leak check valve.

Amplifier with remote VALVE

The valve is mounted in the vacuum line and is fixed to the bracket body.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the valve from the bracket.
2. The arrow on the valve must be directed towards the hose attached to the intake manifold.
3. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the hose from the valve.

Check

Cm.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The valve is installed in reverse order.
2. Start the engine and check for leaks in the hose connection and valve.
