1. Remove the nutrient tank, remove tank seal (if provided). |
2. Bend the tabs and remove the cap. |
3. On cars with ABS-system, push the first piston wooden mandrel and remove the retaining bolt. |
| 4. Remove the retaining ring (if applicable). |
| 5. Remove the washer from the cylinder, pistons, springs and plates, remember the order of their installation. If necessary, push the piston with compressed air, holding the cylinder in a vice. |
6. Rinse all parts in alcohol or brake fluid, and dry immediately. |
7. Check the details, detection of wear or damage, replace. Keep in mind that in the master cylinder repair kit consists of pistons with seals, gaskets separately as replacement parts are not supplied. |
8. When the cylinder and the piston are scratches, scratches, or corrosion, replace the cylinder assembly. |
9. Before reassembling, lubricate the piston, cylinder sleeves and brake fluid. |
10. Install the cylinder all the items in the same order. |
11. Piston type in a circular motion to avoid damaging the cuff. |
12. Place the washer on the end of the first piston. For vehicles with ABS-bolt locking system should coincide with a groove in the second piston. |
13. On cars with ABS-system pistons squeeze and tighten the locking bolt. |
14. Squeeze the pistons and fix a new cap (included in Repair Kit). |
15. Bend the tabs of the cap. |
16. Check the seal tank and replace if necessary. |
17. Put the seals and install the tank. |
