The wheel cylinder

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the drums.
2. Remove the pads.
3. To reduce the loss of fluid tighten the tank stopper, paving plastic film or press hoses.
4. Clean the bolts of the cylinder to the brake shield and fittings.
5. Remove the nipple and plug the hole in the pipe and cylinder.
6. Unscrew the bolts and remove the cylinder.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the barrel with dust and dirt by wiping with a cloth moistened with alcohol.
2. Remove the covers.
3. Coat the cylinder identification tags.
4. Remove the piston and spring.
5. All of the cylinder seals must be replaced.
6. Check the condition of the piston and the cylinder bore.
7. In the presence of defects in these parts, replace the cylinder assembly.
8. Prior to assembly, thoroughly clean all parts, pistons, spring and cuffs lubricate the brake fluid.
9. Put the cuffs on the Pistons.
10. Carefully insert the plunger into the barrel first, guided by the labels put at dismantling.
11. Install the spring and the second piston.
12. Put the covers on the cylinder, brushing their edge brake fluid.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The cylinder is installed in reverse order.
2. Remove the air only from the hydraulic brakes wheels (if not violated the integrity of the other circuits).
