A warning

Pads are changed only in the package on the same axle. When cleaning pad to remove dust and dirt by wiping with a cloth soaked in alcohol, purging is prohibited.


Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the front of the car and establish on supports.
2. Remove the front wheels.
3. Pull the caliper, the piston entered the cylinder, making sure the liquid level in the tank.
4. If necessary, press the piston by means of a clamp.
5. Remove the caliper fingers (Stelka).
6. Remove the caliper from the disc.
7. Keep in mind that the outer strip can remain on the bracket.
8. After removal of the caliper on the brake pedal is not pressed.
9. Fix the caliper so that it does not hang on the hose.
10. Remove shims.
11. Remove the pads.
12. Remove the pad retainers.
13. Check the thickness of the friction linings.
14. If the thickness is at least one less than normal lining or pads are very dirty, replace all the pads in the kit on the same axle.
15. Find and eliminate the cause of contamination.
16. Do not rearrange the blocks to compensate for wear.
17. If the condition is satisfactory pad, then clean them by removing grime and large particles.
18. Clean the contact surface and pads in the caliper bracket.
19. Before assembly, check the freedom of movement of fingers in the bracket and caliper as well as the integrity of the rubber covers.
20. Check the seals of the piston, the piston corrosion and traces of leakage.
21. If the pads will vary, it should displace the piston to provide a place for shoes.
22. By moving the piston watch liquid level, excess fluid should be removed, or a rubber bulb syringe.
23. Lightly grease the plate pads, gaskets and spring clips antinoise special grease.
24. Install the brackets, pads and pads in the caliper bracket. The outer strip is installed in the bracket and the inside - in the caliper.
25. Make sure that the latch inner pads came into engagement with the piston.
26. Establish a support, lubricate your fingers slide fixing structure and tighten.
27. Tighten your fingers with the set moment.
28. Check the freedom of movement of the caliper on the fingers.
29. Repeat these steps for the other wheel brake.
30. Tap a few times on the brake pedal.
31. Establish wheels, lower the car.
32. Check the fluid level.
33. Before leaving, check the brakes.
