Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the front of the car and establish on supports.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Remove the tube rack from the hydraulic drive.
4. Remove the two screws attaching the stand to the steering knuckle (indicated by arrows) and remove the rack.
5. Ask the assistant to support the rack from the bottom, and remove the three screws attaching the stand to the hood of a mudguard of a motor compartment (indicated by arrows).

A warning

Central nut does not turn away! Remove the rack through the engine compartment.



Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Hold down the bottom of the rack in a vice through the pads.
2. Screw the nuts and resting in the arm studs, remove the top stem nut damper. Completely nut does not turn away.
3. Compress the spring with special tool so that the top plate can be rotated by hand.
4. Remove the stem nut, hold the stem from turning.
5. Remove the washer, gasket, the upper cap.
6. Remove the sleeve bearing, the upper spring and rubber buffer plate. Pay attention to the details of how to install.
7. Remove the spring, dust cover, rubber buffer and the plate.
8. Check the condition of the parts, especially the rubber buffers. Replace if necessary.
9. Check for leaks from the shock absorber and the state of the stock over the whole length.
10. Check for cracks on the body and damage.
11. Check the rack, first put forward the entire length of the stem, and then vdvigaya and pushing the plunger to the length of 50-00 mm. It should feel smooth resistance to movement of the rod.
12. If there are signs of leakage, mechanical damage, and movement of the rod is accompanied by a "choppy", the desk must be replaced.
13. The spring and all details can be set to the new rack.
14. Inspect the spring.
15. If found severe corrosion of springs, cracks in the turns, deformation, or any signs of questionable condition, replace the spring.
16. Clamp the rack in a vice and install the rubber buffer plate and dust cover.
17. Compress the spring and install the plate. When setting the end loop should go to deepening the plate (arrow).
18. Install the upper plate of the buffer and properly positioning the coil springs at the plate. Installation rack arrow at the top plate should be turned laterally outward (A - towards the front portion B - cross direction).
19. Install the bearing sleeve and the upper cap.
20. Replace the washer and nut stem, tighten the nut to the specified torque while holding the rod.
21. Remove the adaptation for spring compression.
22. Install the cap stem nut.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install a new gasket upper mounting.
2. Place the rack so that the studs into the holes of a mudguard, a notch and arrow on the top plate have been turned laterally outward.
3. Tighten the nuts with the set moment.
4. Align the holes in the rack and steering knuckle, tighten the new nuts and bolts to the specified torque (the nut should be turned on when driving).
5. Secure the hose clamp on the rack.
6. Establish an arm of the sensor speed (on cars with ABS-system).
7. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
