Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Raise the rear of the car and establish on supports.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Remove the nut at the front of the stabilizer rods.
4. Remove the rack from the ABS-wiring system.
5. Remove the clamp and disconnect the hose from the front brakes.
6. Remove the two nuts (are specified by arrows) fastenings of the rack to the hub body and remove the rack.
7. To access the upper mounting disassemble the back seat (see. Subpart 13.23).
8. On the Saloon cars, remove the rear parcel shelf.
9. Remove the cover mat.
10. Hook and remove the plastic cover mounting rack (arrows indicate upper nut-pillar).
11. Have an assistant support the bottom rack, remove the three screws attaching the stand, and remove the lower rack.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Hold down the bottom of the rack in a vice through the pads.
2. Screw the nuts onto the studs, leaning into the hairpin arm, release the upper shock absorber rod nut. Completely nut does not turn away.
3. Compress the spring with special tool so that the top plate can be rotated by hand.
4. Remove the stem nut, hold the stem from turning.
5. Remove the washer, gasket, the top cap and spring plate.
6. Remove the spring, dust cover and a rubber buffer.
7. Check the details, worn or damaged parts, replace.
8. Check for leaks from the shock absorber and the state of the stock over the whole length.
9. Check for cracks on the body and damage.
10. Check the rack, first put forward the entire length of the stem, and then vdvigaya and pushing rod 50-100 mm. It should feel smooth resistance to movement of the rod.
11. If there are signs of leakage, mechanical damage, and movement of the rod is accompanied by a "choppy", the desk must be replaced. Springs and all parts can be mounted on a new stand.
12. Inspect the spring.
13. If found severe corrosion of springs, cracks in the turns, deformation, or any signs of questionable condition, replace the spring.
14. Clamp the rack in a vice and install the rubber buffer and the dust cover.
15. Squeeze and install a spring so that the color marking facing down. End coil spring should go to deepening the plate.
16. Install the upper plate of the buffer and properly positioning the coil springs at the plate. Installation rack arrow at the top plate should be turned laterally outward (A - transverse direction - toward the front).
17. Assemble the upper strut, respecting the order details, and tighten the new stem nut.
18. Tighten the nut to the specified torque while holding the rod.
19. Remove the adaptation for spring compression.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install a new gasket upper mounting.
2. Place the rack so that the pin into the holes of the body, a slot in the top plate facing laterally outward.
3. Replace and tighten the nuts with the set moment.
4. Align the holes in the rack and the hub body, tighten the new nuts and bolts to the specified torque (the nut should be turned on when driving).
5. Attach the stabilizer rod and tighten the new nut with the set moment.
6. Hinge stabilizing rod to be located at the center of the arc described by the rod when it is displaced. In this position, the hinge must be completely unloaded.
7. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
