Removal, installation and adjustment of the drive mechanism of the hatch opening

Removal and installation of the drive mechanism of the hatch can be made only at the closed hatch.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.
	2. Using a thin blade screwdriver, remove the cover (1) covering the drive mechanism of the hatch.
3. Release spring clip and disconnect the electrical connector of the drive hatch.
	4. Unscrew the screws (indicated by arrows), fastening the motor drive mechanism hatch.
A warning Screws have a protective coating layer, hence it is important to use new bolts.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Adjust the reference position of the hatch must be carried out if the drive mechanism of the hatch does not stop at the home position, or if the door is opened manually. To adjust the drive mechanism is necessary to remove the hatch.

2. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.

3. Connect the electrical connector to the motor drive mechanism hatch.

4. Press the switch preset, which will result in the closure of the hatch is turned on.

5. Pull switch preset, which will result in the closure of the hatch is turned on.

6. Turn the switch is preset to the "door is open".

7. Turn the switch is preset to the "door is closed". As a result, the engine is automatically set to the starting position and switch off.

8. In this position, set the motor drive mechanism hatch. In addition, disconnect the electrical connector from the engine and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Set the engine drive mechanism hatch and fix its new bolts, having tightened their moment of 3.5 Nm.

2. Connect the electrical connectors.

3. Replace the lid and secure it with a spring clip.

4. Connect the ground cable to the battery.
