A warning When reinstalling timing belt set it so that the arrow on the belt, deposited before removing the belt coincides with the direction of rotation of the motor pulley. If you install the toothed belt will rotate in the opposite direction, there may be cracks in the belt and engine failure.

5. Install section of the pulley of the fuel pump in the middle position in the elongated hole and tighten the 3 screws on the section of the pulley to 20 Nm. |
6. Establish a pulley of a gear belt of a camshaft with the toothed belt and tighten the pulley bolt by hand. |

| 7. Using a wrench (eg HAZET 2587), turn the toothed belt tensioner clockwise to align the mark on the tension wheel hub and tightening mechanism (arrow). |

| 8. Using the Allen key, turn the tension roller of a gear belt clockwise to align the pointer with the center of the mounting tab. |
9. Tighten the clamping nut tensioning pulley to 25 Nm. |
| 10. Check the installation position of the tensioning pulley. Fixing foot should be in a recess in the cylinder head. Otherwise tighten to the appropriate side of the holder of a tension roller. |
11. Make sure that the adjusting label of a flywheel is aligned with the pointer. |
12. Tighten the bolt of the camshaft pulley to 45 Nm, and the wrench flats of the camshaft hold the camshaft from turning. |
13. Remove the pin blocking high pressure fuel pump. |
14. Remove camshaft blocking tool. |
15. Rotate the crankshaft two full turns in the normal direction of rotation and re-establish the piston of the first cylinder is at TDC on the compression stroke. Check that the locking pin can be fitted into the insertion hole pulley high pressure fuel pump. Check and, if necessary, re-adjust the tension of the toothed belt. |
16. Check that the pointer of the tension roller is aligned with the timing mark. In this position, tighten the nut on the tensioning pulley to 20 Nm. |
17. Replace and tighten bolts the bottom casing of a gear belt. |
18. Install the crankshaft pulley and fix its bolts, having tightened their moment of 25 Nm. Keep in mind that the pulley is installed only in one position. |
19. Install the top casing of a gear belt. |
20. Install the cylinder head cover. |
21. Establish and fix bolts to the cylinder head vacuum pump for the brake servo. |

22. Install the intake manifold. |
23. Tighten bolts of the right support of the power unit to the engine torque 45 Nm. |
24. Using new bolts, attach the holder to the right support and the body and tighten bolts to torque: - Support to the body: 40 Nm + tighten on a corner 90 ?�; - Support to the engine: 60 Nm + tighten on a corner 90 ?�. |
25. Remove tool that supports the engine. |
26. Insert the tension belt and fix its bolt, having tightened its moment of 25 Nm. |
27. Install the V-ribbed belt. |
28. Establish the bottom mudguard of the engine. |
29. Reinstall the expansion tank and tank system popolnitelny power steering. |

30. Install the pipe connecting the radiator nadduvaemogo air intake manifold. |
31. Establish the right headlight. |
32. Check the injection timing of the fuel injection pump. |
