Tank (Fig. 1.60) windshield washer 5 liters located in the engine compartment. It is recommended to add to the water poured into the tank, a special liquid for washing car windows. It improves the quality of cleaning fluid, and in the cold season, lowers the freezing point of the liquid.
On the real vehicle of the liquid jet should be directed to the point of the windshield shown on Fig. 1.61. Adjusting the direction of the jet of fluid is performed using a fine needle is inserted into the opening of the nozzle washer. To adjust the headlight washer nozzles requires special equipment, so it should be carried out at a service station car. Windshield wiper brushes should be replaced at least once a year. To remove the windscreen wiper blade, proceed as follows:

- Set the brush holder 2 in a horizontal position; - Press the spring retainer 3 and simultaneously pull the brush toward the windshield. Installation of new brushes is performed in reverse order of removal.
