Hood Body

Hood lock opens a handle to the left under the instrument panel (Fig. 1.49). After opening the latches lock the hood is lifted under the influence of the spring. Lift the front part of the hood, slide the lock to the right (Fig. 1.50) and open the hood. Lift the hood emphasis and paste it into a special longitudinal groove in the front of the hood (Fig. 1.51).

For vehicles with gas-filled telescopic stops lifting and holding the hood in the up position automatically.

To close the bonnet, lifting it, pull out of the groove fence, lay emphasis in the holders with a height of about 30 cm, release the hood. It must close under its own weight. The car with telescopic stops - Lower the hood down against the force stops, and slam it.
