Countershaft pulley
Removing the intermediate shaft pulley is performed in the following order: - Remove the pin stop solenoid valve of the engine; - Snimte accessory drive belt; - Ustkanovite number 1 cylinder piston at TDC compression stroke (see. Sect. 3.3.3); - Remove the toothed timing belt (see. Sect. 3.3.4);

- Zafikisiruyte pulley 16 (see. Fig. 3.64), the intermediate shaft from turning and remove the bolt 17 fastening of a pulley; - Remove the pulley 16 of the intermediate shaft. Setting of the pulley of the intermediate shaft is performed in the following order: - Clean the mating surface of the pulley and the intermediate shaft; - Install the woodruff key into the groove of the intermediate shaft, and set the pulley 16; - Tighten the bolt fastening of a pulley 17 of the intermediate shaft torque 45 Nm; - Set the timing belt timing (see. Sect. 3.3.4);

- Establish covers 19 and 20 (see. Fig. 3.64) timing; - Set the pulley 2 of the crankshaft; - Set the belt drive auxiliary units 3 and adjust its tension.
