The camshaft pulley
Removing the camshaft pulley in the following order: - Remove the pin stop solenoid valve of the engine; - Remove the accessory drive belt; - Set the number 1 cylinder piston at TDC compression stroke (see. Sect. 3.3.3); - Remove the toothed timing belt (see. Sect. 3.3.4);

- Fix the toothed pulley 2 (see. Fig. 3.65) camshaft from rotating and unscrew a bolt of 1 fastening of a pulley; - Remove the 2 camshaft pulley. Installing the camshaft pulley in the following order: - Wipe the mating surfaces of the pulley and the camshaft; - Install the woodruff key into the groove of a camshaft; - Set the toothed pulley 2 (see. Fig. 3.65). If a segment key is not used, insert the tab into the groove of the hub of the pulley of a camshaft; - Set the timing belt timing (see. Sect. 3.3.4);

- Establish covers 19 and 20 (see. Fig. 3.64) timing; - Set the pulley 2 of the crankshaft; - Set the belt drive auxiliary units 3 and adjust its tension.
