Replacement of support of the power unit



Removal and installation of a forward support of the engine in the following order:
- Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery;
- Establish a jack under the engine and through the wooden bar lift jack the engine so that the engine weight was perceived by a jack;

- Remove the bolt 3 (Fig. 3.72) a forward support of the engine 2;
- Remove the starter;
- Unscrew 4 screws that secure the front leg 2 to the power unit and remove the bracket;
- Remove the mounting bolt 5 engine mounts to the front frame;
- Remove the front engine support;
- Installation remove components made in sequence, return to removal.

A WARNING
Make sure to reference projection is aligned with the notch in the engine mount.

Tighten all mounting bolts to torque the powertrain in accordance with the specifications.
Removing and installing the rear right engine mount in the following order:
- Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery;
- Secure the lifting slings drive mechanism (winch) and raise so that the engine weight was perceived lifting mechanism;
- Turn out a coupling bolt 9 (see. Fig. 3.72), the right back support of the engine 8;
- Unscrew the screws 1 bracket right rear engine mount to the engine block;
- Unscrew the rear right engine mount to the body and remove the support from the engine compartment;
- Installation remove components made in sequence, return to removal;
- Tighten all screws on the rear right engine mount torque in accordance with the technical requirements.
Removing and installing rear left engine support in the following order:
- Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery;
- Establish a jack under the engine and through the wooden bar lift jack the engine so that the engine weight was perceived by a jack;
- Remove the bolt securing the support 7 6 engine;
- Remove the bolt back of the left support of the engine to the gearbox.
- Remove the bolts fastening the motor mount to the body and remove the support from the engine compartment;
- Installation remove components made in sequence, return to removal.
