Replacing the oil seal Camshaft
Removing the camshaft oil seal in the following order: - The engine AFN remove the top casing of the engine; - Disconnect the plug from the solenoid valve stops the engine; - Remove the auxiliary drive belts; - Remove the auxiliary drive belt pulleys and timing belt outer casing; - Set the first cylinder to TDC and remove the timing belt; - If it is installed, remove the timing belt tensioner and the camshaft pulley; - Otverinite screws and remove the timing belt inner cover mounted on the cylinder block; - Remove the cover gochlovki cylinder (see. Sec. 3.3.10);

- Otverinite two nuts and remove the front cover 4 camshaft bearing (see. Fig. 3.68); - Remove the camshaft oil seal. Installation of camshaft oil seal in the following order: Lubricate a new camshaft oil seal with clean engine oil and replace the shot; Apply a thin coat of sealant to the mating surface of the front camshaft bearing cap, and then place the cover on the cylinder head and tighten the nut to torque; Install the cylinder head cover; set the internal casing of a gear belt and pulleys; Install the timing belt and adjust its tension; Install timing belt outer casing; Install the auxiliary drive belts and adjust the tension.
