Replacement seals crankshaft
Replacement of a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft Removing and installing front crankshaft oil seal in the following order: - The engine AFN remove the top casing of the engine; - Disconnect the plug from the solenoid valve stops the engine; - Drain the engine oil from the engine; - Raise the front of the car and set it on the stand; - Remove the plastic air ducts located in the area of the right front wheel; - Remove the auxiliary drive belts; - Remove the auxiliary drive belt pulleys, timing belt and timing belt pulley with the crankshaft;

- Drill in the stuffing box 12 (see. Fig. 3.69) are two small holes at a maximum distance from each other and screw them self-tapping screws; - Using pliers, pull the oil seal over the screw heads 12 of the front cover 11 of the crankshaft; - Clean the lint-free cloth Fitting O-ring in the front cover of the crankshaft and the crankshaft;
A WARNING The cleaning cloth should not be wet with solvent. |
- Lubricate with clean engine oil surface of the new oil seal; - Using a tube of appropriate diameter mandrel and a hammer easy blows install the oil seal on the crankshaft; - Installation remove components spend in reverse order of removal.
Replacing the crankshaft rear oil seal Removing and installing crankshaft rear oil seal in the following order: - APN on the engine, remove the top casing of the engine; - Disconnect the plug from the solenoid valve stops the engine; - Drain the engine oil from the engine; - Raise the front of the car and set it on the stand; - Turn away flywheel bolts and remove the oil pan; - Remove the gearbox; Remove the plastic air ducts located in the area of the right front wheel; remove the flywheel and leading part of coupling the clutch disc; - Remove the bolt and the flywheel; - Unscrew and remove the guilt of intermediate plate cylinder (if installed); - Unscrew the screws and remove the back cover of the crankshaft 4 (Fig. 3.69.); - Clean the mating surface of the rear cover of the crankshaft and the engine block from the traces of the old gasket. - Using a broad blade screwdriver, remove the O-ring 5 out of the back cover 4 of the crankshaft; - Lubricate the surface of the new O-ring with clean engine oil and install O-ring in the back cover of the crankshaft, pushing through a uniform block of wood; - Apply to the mating surface of the cylinder a thin layer of sealant and install the gasket back cover of the crankshaft; - Replace the crankshaft protective plastic head, supplied with a sealing ring. Protective plastic cap prevents damage working edges when installing the O-ring; - Lubricate the O-ring with clean engine oil and replace the back cover 4 of the crankshaft to the cylinder block of the engine 1; - Insert the bolts back cover of the crankshaft and consistently tighten their respective torque. installation removed items made in sequence, return to removal.
