Cylinder head cover
Removing the cylinder head cover in the following order: AFN on the engine, remove the top casing of the engine; - Disconnect the plug from the solenoid valve stops the engine;

Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose and the regulator valve on the nozzle 11 on the lid 8 of the cylinder head (see. Fig. 3.68); - Remove the three nuts cylinder head cover, washers and gaskets; - Remove the cylinder head cover; - Remove the gasket 6 cylinder head cover; - Check the condition of gaskets and replace if necessary with a new one; - Clean the mating surfaces of the cylinder head and the head cover from oil traces and residues of the old gasket.
A WARNING Clean the mating surfaces should be careful not to scratch them because the oil pressure in the engine is running can lead to leaks through scratches, nicks, etc. Defects in the mating surfaces. |
The installation of the cylinder head cover carried out in sequence, return to removal: - Setting gasket head cover is necessary to ensure correct positioning of the gasket on the cylinder head;
A WARNING When installing the cylinder head cover is not allowed to offset gasket mating surfaces. |
- Connect the connector to the solenoid valve stops the engine; - The engine AFN set the upper engine cover.
