Removing and installing oil pan



Withdrawal
Remove noise insulation transmission.
Place a pan VA G 1306.

Remove the bolt holes for oil drain 1 (Fig. 3.69).
Drain ATF.
Remove the oil pan bolts 1 "criss-cross" and remove the oil pan.

Setting
Clean all the electromagnets in the grooves of the oil pan. Make sure that the entire surface of the electromagnets adjoined to the sump.

Seal and spacer

Install the oil pan gasket with a new one (Fig. 3.70).
Make sure that all the spacers 2 are completely new gasket 1.
Tighten the oil pan bolts in stages "criss-cross"
Replace the seal bolt holes for oil drain.
Tighten the oil drain.
After installation fill the ATF, and then check the level of ATF, if necessary - add oil.

Tightening torques
Screw the oil drain 28 Nm.
Bolts of the oil pallet: 8 Nm.
