Removal and installation of the heater assembly, maintenance components
Withdrawal | - Support the wheel chock.
- Drain the coolant (see chap. Current care and maintenance).
- Forces trained professionals make discharge and the evacuation of a refrigerator path system K / V.
- Remove the instrument panel (see chap. Body).
- Remove assemblage blower / evaporator (see. Section Removal and installation of assemblage blower / evaporator, service components).
- Disconnect the low-pressure refrigerant line path from the evaporator outlet fitting on the engine compartment bulkhead.
| - Disconnect the high-pressure refrigerant line path from the inlet fitting of the evaporator on the engine compartment bulkhead.
|
- Immediately plug the open ends of the choke connectors to prevent internal contamination of the working path K / V.
- Disconnect the return hose from the outlet of the heat exchanger heater.
- Disconnect the supply hose from the inlet of the heat exchanger heater.
- Disconnect the unit from the wiring assembly blower.
- Bend the carpet panel for access to the service cover.
- Loosen the four nuts and remove the service cover (see.
- Remove the two screws on the upper blower assembly.
- Take two bottom nuts and remove the blower unit with stud bolts on the engine compartment bulkhead.

Service components Servo mixing flap | | - Make sure that the mixing valve is moved to a position corresponding to the choice cold air supply when energized at 12 to the contact terminals ?? 5 () and 7 (-) terminal actuator - when applying reverse voltage damper must move in the opposite direction.
|
- Faulty actuator must be replaced.
|
|
Servo switching directions of airflow distribution | | - Supply power 12 to the contact plugs ?? 4 () and 5 (-) connector servo direction when the distribution of air flow - servo must be switched in series grounding plugs ?? 6, 7, 1, 2 and 3.
|
- Faulty actuator must be replaced.
|
|
Setting | - Installation is the reverse order of dismantle of components. Ensure compliance with the requirements of the specification of the Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems to the efforts of a tightening of threaded fasteners.
- Fill the cooling system, start the engine and check for signs of coolant leaks, if necessary, make appropriate adjustments, adjust the level of the coolant.
- Finally, do not forget to recharge the A / C service by a qualified professional service center.
